ReikiNa (RayKeeNah), meaning divine snacks, is a tasting menu concept by chef and owner Thomas Stacy that presents an intimate experience showcasing an 8-course dinner tasting menu inspired by European cuisine and Japanese fine dining and in an environment that, like the Japanese table, encourages a sense of home and comfort while heightening the senses. Chef Thomas mindfully incorporates elements of his own experience with traditional techniques. ReikiNa’s guiding philosophy is simplicity, naturalness, and freedom from habit. Tasting menus are refreshed every two months and local art featured on the walls of the space rotates with new artist works every two to three months.
